10.30 - 12.30. First visit to the area. Took a while to figure out where the SSS were, but got there in the end and had a few good sightings. As always, they were very skittish. Area reminiscent of Broughton Down (Hampshire) in vegetation which I always visit around this time of year, and similarly strong in terms of numbers of brimstones.
