I stood in for Geoff and Robin Simpson on the transect today. A huge surge of Ringlets! Also a Red Admiral off transect. Despite the lack of specialist butterflies today I thought the site looked superb, full of flowers - a unique bit of limestone grassland right on the edge of Swindon.
