15.50 - 16.00. ClYs seen in a 75m long, 20m wide strip of a field of legumes running along Newtown road. The field itself is maybe 100m x 100m, so goodness knows how many ClYs there were in total. Reminds me of days walking from Solothurn to Altreu in Switzerland, going to see the colony of white storks. Many of the fields around Altreu were full of lucerne, and gave great opportunities to see ClYs. But good old Westbury has just topped those experiences!
