10.00 - 12.00. Walked from Ugford Red Buildings to Dinton Beeches. SW and RA numbers typical for this time of year - RAs mostly on bushes clad in flowering ivy. Many patches of ivy still to fully open, so the walk should be good value for the next few weeks. 3 ClY seen at the flower-rich area at SU041328 near Land Girl Plantation, chasing after one another. This area is being nicely managed and is usually good value for butterflies all year - as well as a carpet of pyramidal orchids in the summer.
